Thanks for raising awareness. I'm sure most users won't have peace of mind doing things remotely like Samsung has advertised.

The security flaw is serious. U wouldn't want to see some stranger in your house in the middle of the night. Hope samsung address and fix the issue soon.

you can never stop all these issue in the current real world. ALl they / anyone can do is to try to prevent it to the min.

I believe that i was told that they will have private lifts. It depends on how the design works out.

One way is be like hotel. You have to scan and gain access to any level (except for some) or you are only able to go to your level ( security reason ).

There's no need to link up all the features to remote access. For me, just to monitor the camera, aircon, etc would be good enough. Nothing risky.

Additional 1% early bird discount has been removed.

The smart home will become a nightmare in future when it becomes unsupported. Be wary of integrated electronics. It won't be easy to change in future when technology improves.

@sukidexun, Zhun bo? market transaction up and prices also inched up last mth i think. i'm looking at the sales of visionaire if after 6mth still more then half unsold they will likely do a discount? the units i am looking at not alot worried later taken up then GG alrdy. self employed the loan quantum is like crap 70% hair cut then another 30% MSR 10k joint income cannot even loan more then 480k nb....

Depends on whether u are looking at it as an investment property or a place for you to stay, each will have its own set of considerations.

I can only promise you that the prices will drop but not able to tell when it will drop which is why i highlighted that if you can wait, why not? Of cos, you might lose out on the unit that you want.

For EC, the discount is not that much but its still cheaper.

For PC, you can stand to gain especially those projects going to TOP soon. If the developer cannot sell the units, they will need to pay a huge amount for QC which might be millions. SO in order to make the sales move, they need to lower the price. There will be special buy n onth promotion.

If you are look up at URA website, you can see which projects still got plenty of units left and google to check if they are going to TOP soon.

In total, there are more than 15k (not including HDB) unsold units in singapore.

that's why the first reason ppl will ask is if you are buying to stay or invest? If stay, you might need not care so much. If investment, of cos you want your property to earn as much as possible.

If there's a unit near hospital, church, temple, old folks home and its going at eg: 690 psf, it will still be sold out.

I am not saying i am right but that's just my personal view after doing much research.

The question is why developers would reduce prices publicly. It doesn't rule out negotiations, but that won't happen for newer developments. Some have even raised prices just before TOP.

Speculation can be extremely misleading. Let the experts do their job.

No pt arguing you know i know you right i right.

I am only here to share cos i am asking alot (pricing) to my agents and what was been fed to me was that prices are going to go down.

Whoever is worry that the prices are going to go up, u can start to buy your favourite units now.
If those feels that the prices are going to drop, do wait.

Tip : CBD condo are making at least 200k - millions of losses.

If you are only looking at visionaire, of cos the prices will not drop that soon as this is a new project. They still got amber time to attract buyers with vouchers, rebates, discount n many others.

They are also going up against PC which PC had already offer 3k vouchers.

TIP : The Gem ( located at tpy) are already offering 10k vouchers and they havent even release the price.

One fellow paid 930k for a lower floor but another fellow bought it at 805k which is on a higher floor (of cos it depends on which stacks)

Just to add on. 805k = 720 psf which is the cheapest psf since launch.
