anyone can advise how much is the price at italy outlet? thanks!

Hey, I just got back from europe 2 months ago. The pricing in Italy and France BV outlets are the same so I suggest going with the one with higher VAT returns. I got my BV tricolor wallet for 370 euros before vat return :)

always wanted to get a bv wallet. since my aunt is going italy soon. thinking of getting now. but my gucci still in good condition. abt 3/4 yrs liao. shd i get a card holder instead or just get the wallet? anyone can advise how much is the price? thanks

this question should ask yourself. do you need the card wallet?

i would rather get something i use although i already have than getting something i dont use.

at least can change/rotate every now and then :)
just my 2 cents.

I believe I got back 12% vat return so in total after everything it was about 550 sgd? I believe if I had bought it in SG it would cost about 700+. But then again I couldn't find any tricolor models in SG outlets so maybe you'll find something seasonal that will catch your eye.

I bought a lot of leather goods from an outlet place outside of London (called Bicester Village)
It is so much better value than buying in SGP.

Just went crazy there cos the prices were so attractive.

This is the thing....in UK the exotic skins don't seem to be very popular so they discount heavily to clear.

I remember paying over SGD 1000 for a Stingray skin wallet at Bottega in Ion. But at the UK outlet the same wallet was going for about GBP180, so about SGD400. I ended up buying more stuff I didn't need like lizard skin for even less than that. Then snakes skins from Alexander McQueen

Ooh don't forget to claim your VAT back too!!

Such good value. I shall really think twice about buying such stuff here again.

in SG, a 2-tone or monotone BV wallet is less than 700. $680 to be exact.
even for exotic skins, its slightly more ex than Europe for BV.

alot of luxury goods, i don't recommend buying at Changi Airport transit DFS... the so-called "discount" is non existence.
watches... maybe... but not luxury goods.

K4k488, i will suggest get a BV wallet and a Braun Buffel or Renoma Card holder.

Wallet for your notes, Credit Cards, NRIC. Card holders for your EZ link, ATM, SAFRA card, discount cards, membership cards.

Hi, the vat refund was in france and I claimed it in france just before flying back. However, I also bought some other stuff in italy and claimed the vat in france before going back. If you're gonna buy stuff in paris I think you should be able to claim VAT in london as well but do check with the sales staff just to be on the safe side.

Yup no problem. Lets say you buy something in Italy, get the VAT refund documents from the shop. If your final destination in Europe is France before returning back to SG, bring the documents to the airport VAT refund area and get it stamped then mail it from there. Most sales associates at luxury boutiques should be able to advise you on this :s12:
