New Tudor Pelagos tomorrow. Pelagos in red on the dial, vintage patina on the lume, in-house movement and destro(left-side) crown.

Here is my original Pelagos. Just removed the bracelet for the first time yesterday and mounted a NATO strap on it. A NATO strap really suits its toolish vibe!

Don't waste time on fashion brand watches. Get a proper seiko or oriet watch instead

Thanks for the suggestion. I do own two seiko already. It is actually a proper watch if you read abt it, but well if you cannot look past the name on the dial then its ok.

Hermes watches are not fashion oriented, that's what the general public thinks due to their leather goods lineage.
Their manufacture is based on Vaucher Fleurier mvmt, and the pricing reflects that.

Was looking at their watches... not the same model. They are well above 20k. Would rather get a PP. That's me.

This one should be below 10k, don't know if jlc in steel is better. For above 20k i think lange or pp are great choices for dress watch, will not consider this tbh.
