I did. Practically standard procedure for me. Removed all Auto-Sync.

this is miui launcher inspired by iOS so its not possible

it is like iOS everything is on the screen (icons n folders)

Yep! Everything on screen. Unless you install Google Now Launcher for 'stock android' experience.
