The phone is only $169 so that makes your subsidy only $101 which is quite low for phone subsidies anyways. They should have just made it a $0 phone at all plans.

As much as I like this phone, I will not contract it. Better to just contract with something where you get a better subsidy and sell off that phone or something.

Yes. Choose sim card when adding contact
Or change it at the top of the menu

My parents Redmi i set for them the default theme. When unlock screen just have to scroll down that one.

Scroll up is camera
Scrolls left is Call
Scroll right is Message.

Possible to reassign them? Maybe want to change the scroll right to Calculator

Any idea how to do it?

Yup.. I bought two sets, one is from Xiaomi Singapore sold by one guy in the forum. The other one that guy claim that M1 retail set is without the charger, seems weird. Anyone bought from M1 able to share? Thanks!

When on 5S, was using airplay w apple TV. Does Redmi have some sort of aircast also?

If I'm not wrong, I think the miracast is like a USB dongle that acts like an Apple TV.
