thks, yup, normally su upgrade screws for most devices.

Hi. Can anybody help?
My parents Redmi i set for them the default theme. When unlock screen just have to scroll down that one.

Scroll up is camera
Scrolls left is Call
Scroll right is Message.

Possible to reassign them? Maybe want to change the scroll right to Calculator

Any idea how to do it?

Oh no. Better disable auto update.

The default in Playstore is auto-update. To disable auto-update in Redmi, it is the same with other android devices. Just go to Playstore and under Settings "..."> Auto-update apps>Choose "Do not auto-update apps".

The phone is only $169 so that makes your subsidy only $101 which is quite low for phone subsidies anyways. They should have just made it a $0 phone at all plans.

As much as I like this phone, I will not contract it. Better to just contract with something where you get a better subsidy and sell off that phone or something.

Contract something better, sell that phone buy redmi should make you profit. the only problem now is if got stock and if you can get at SRP.

For this price, I don't expect to use the redmi for more than 2 years. It probably won't make commercial sense for Xiaomi to have frequent firmware updates as well unless there is a defect. In 2 years time, the hardware will be very outdated.
