How about format your entire microSD?

Noted, but how to format the sd within the phone itself? Tried googling, those with same issue format the sd card on the phone and all is well but... I can't seems to find out how to format on phone.

Format it using Windows pc or laptop format under FAT32 but you need a card reader

You can format the sd card within the phone under Setting -> Storage...

If *choy lah* the problem still continue, is this an issue with my redmi and how to resolve or contact who? :(

Any update on the Auto On GPS problem? Seems like something is activating MTK_AGPS.

I have been fussed by this issue for over 2 months and have written to IDA this afternoon in hopes that they will escalate this case of rogue GPS access while on Starhub 3G network. It seems like MediaTek devices are vulnerable, so it isn't only Redmi.

Before 12th June 2014, this issue was observed only in the East and North East of Singapore. After this date, the issue has spread to the Central and Western Singapore as well, possibly the whole island.

This security & privacy vulnerability need to be taken seriously.
