Yeah controllers are seriously meta. The aim assist on it is no joke. But I just simply can't play on them. I'd still stick to kbm and this mw2022 is weird you can get a few games with good kills and wins and the next few games after that will all completely go dogshit. Don't know if you experienced it. But it's the stupid SBMM algorithm testing you. 😳
Sbmm felt stronger than mw19, But I play in a party to get around it since the game is easier with a decently strong team.

I refuse solo queue and let the game abuse me, they already scammed $95 from me ffs. 🤣

Definitely. It's obvious coming from Vanguard. I never played MW19 so I can't compare against that. I used to play with my OZ clan and used to **** all over others even with my 100 ping. With mw2022, I can't play with them anymore. This mw2022 game ping is much more important for hit registration. So now I'm solo queue. Maybe I should join you if you have space in your lobby. Since I hate playing alone too. Depressing when your team just sit back in the corner and do fukall for objectives. Lost count of how many deaths to kills I've had.

Just trying max frequency for 2 cores during light load. 6.2Ghz easy.

Tested mx-6 paste it does performed well and compare with cryofuze it improved about 25Hz~50hz overall higher cpu clock speed at similar power draw.

If you still have the excel records for your finding, plot clock speed and power against time, it would be nice to see.

MX-6 vs Cryofuze.jpg

I used the FPU records I have for comparison both running at 11min or longer with time stamps for reference.

Left: MX-6
Right: Cryofuze

Setting:
PBO: Motherboard limit

Your FCLK is different btw. When you throw in ur mx-6, I think it reset.

Yes you are correct.

I tried the mx-6 because of the changing the crucial max 4 stick memory and i need to remove the cpu pump to insert the A1 stick due to its thickness.

MX-6 : memory 4 sticks Crucial Max (single rank) running at 3600 CL16
Cyrofuze : memory 2 sticks Corsair Dominator (dual rank) running at 3733 CL14

if you looking overall both are performing about similar yet mx-6 does clock slightly better or perhaps still new.

both are good performance paste.

in term of pricing MX-6 (8g) is better than Cyrofuze (2g)

Also, the fan speed varies 1000 RPM difference at chassis #1. Only you know what happened 😅.

Many variables, such as room temp and fans, also should be locked down. This is to isolate variables that can skew the results.

I suggest writing down a testing methodology, then reviewing it to see if there are any loopholes that can skew the results one way or another.

Once you are set, follow it strictly and ensure they are in place before running each test.

So if I were to test thermal paste, I would ensure this.
  • Fixed Room Temperature
  • Fixed Fan Speeds
  • Both thermal Paste is Fresh Application
  • The Interior is clean when performing both test
  • System and Hardware settings 100% same
  • System is Idle 15 minute and cooled down before each run
  • Test Duration and Settings 100% same
  • Ensure no processes that can interfere, such as AV scan, or auto-update, is disabled.
  • Thermal Paste application and coverage is same
  • Same set in duration
This is why I don't test things anymore. Proper testing eats up a lot of time.

😅 😅

Yes you are right on the variables and many thanks for the details steps of testing :)

As end user I prefer to leave the testing to the Professional who have better lab test control environment.

FPU test will push the cpu and cooling system to its max and if the cooling system is not well balance it will fail the test within minutes. MX-6 can get slightly better clock speed through the motherboard limit PBO auto algorithms as mentioned earlier.

The data is presented and each to its own performance is within my tolerance margin of error and up to others individual to interpret it's results :)

I've used this but after awhile it will start tearing up due to the expansion and contraction of the metals lol.
How many watts do you run you CPU ... over 9000?!

Anyway, where to buy your PTM7950 ???

Thermal grizzly also sells a similar product called the PhaseSheet, essentially similar to the PTM7950. No idea what the difference between the two are though... never tried them before.
