Not exactly. Would consider the skydweller as part of GMT collection though.
The young guy (as young as you are) is probably quite a watch enthusiast I guess
Sky Dweller is AC+dual time, completely different beast. But the Explorer II and GMT main diff is the bezel, but both using the same movement. Hahaha

Yes I would consider explorer 2 and gmt master 2 siblings, one less hyped than the other but equally capable, unless you really need 3 time zones. Sky dweller nice but not everyone can rock the size, I certainly can’t so won’t aim for that

I somehow lost interest in the Explorer II. Now I’m more keen on the Explorer 40mm. Also put my name for two Skydweller (the new Mint Green and the Blue) but that one maybe have to wait until my hair turn white before will be my turn to get one. Haha

Exactly the same for me, but only interested in the jubilee variant for blue and both for green.

Put first, come liao then decide. VC Overseas feels like the queue only gets longer, unless the people queuing all suddenly say no and then it skips to you haha
Is there any difference to put name between the two branch? ie MBS vs ION

From what I am told, no diff. But since we are more invested in the rewards system of MBS, I'll do MBS. See that you're there now so might as well :p
Haha I just went to the boutique and put my name for the Dual Time black dial. I asked him blue dial and black dial how long it takes. He say blue dial 5-8 years and black dial 3-5 years. He say I’m considered a bit late to enter “the game” as the number of people putting their name for Overseas had gone up significantly in 2022 till now and they are now starting to clear for customers who put their name in 2021 and the wait for customers who put their name in 2022 would lengthen and even more so for those in 2023. Haha
