Mine was Admin@7890 just in case we had same installer lol... but they seem to follow similar patterns.
I think so. I tried and doesn’t work.
I asked Starhub to track their technician to get the password. I give them the technician ID which stated in work order but the hub trooper service and 1633 seem totally dunno how to contact their technician. They just push ard the issue.
I think i will try reset router .

How do I set up WIFI mesh on EB810v? Possible to pair EB810v with other TP-Link routers?

I’ve tried pairing EB810v with AX53 but both of them can’t detect each other using WPS.

If set up WIFI mesh with EV810v, is it through the same way?
Were you able to figure out something?

I bought a RE705X extender and cant figure how to setup the Mesh.
Neither adding a mesh device from 810v portal by scanning nor WPS setup seems to work and slightly lost for ideas.

Q8. Can I configure the EasyMesh network with Tether Application?

A. Yes, currently some models have supported it, such as Archer C80, AX72, BE800, etc. If your main router shows EasyMesh on Tether App, you can add the satellite devices via App.

Please keep an eye on the official website and the router’s online updates for firmware updates when the new features are available.

I dunno whether can work or not. I am about to upgrade to 5Gb and reuse my old router as AP - AX73.

Does anyone use the "Parental control" feature in this router? Can it be used to limit certain devices from accessing internet on certain time?

Hi brothers,

I just bought EB810V from starhub shop at causeway point at $360
Can we just walk in and buy?

Currently, SH has a 5Gbps plan at $45/month with ONT but to get this router, it's $55/month for 24 months

While it's 'cheaper' since it's just $240 for the router, the plan may not go back to $45 once 24 months is up so we may end up paying extra $10 forever (until we recontract)

Strange that a connected wifi device can restart the router o_O

It's okay, I don't have a Samsung phone and we use mainly iPhones at home

Firmware for TP-Link router is never great. Worse is this is Starhub model. So you do not get firmware fix from TP-Link but push down from Starhub I think.

ya if you read tplink forums, happened to be800 , same internals, something to do with mlo

Tplink already replaced their higher end be900 with v2, using broadcomm chipset, but still no mlo for their highest model lol

Looks like TP-Link Archer BE900 v1 is a complete failure so that they have moved to V2 using Broadcom chipset.

Some people in Reddit suspect Archer BE900 V1 has hardware bug.

Basically the general advice is not to buy the top end TP-Link consumer router (no matter it is Archer series or Deco series).

Actually Archer BE800 receives pretty decent reviews, along with the slightly lower end Archer BE805.

EB810v is pretty good in terms of HW spec, but unfortunately locked to Starhub and lose in terms of firmware features to Archer BE805.
