When I was calling with the hub trooper when my router bricked, it seemed like they knew what was happening to the router. Perhaps the FW rollout is pushed by starhub according to subscribers residential zones maybe?

To those who already received the update @JT2008 @Gforce_Ti @sean29 @derekli @kindredSG
- Do you have TP-Link ID and bind the router to your ID?
- When did you sign up for 10G plan?

Looking to see why I haven't got the update on mine
No TP-Link ID, just log into the web UI like normal. Signed up and went live in June.

I didn't upgrade manually either - one day it wasn't updated, then a few days later it was on 0.14.0 3.0.0 v608b.0 Build 240709 Rel.56868n.

Not sure they can "push" - my EB810v is in AP mode, so they can't talk directly (inbound) to it - the device would have to be phoning home itself to check for updates.

On its upgrade page it mentions ensuring the NTP settings are correct and enabled/working for it to do automatic updates, so that could be one thing to check.

In the network > internet > profile, do you have TR069 enabled in service type?

It's in AP mode, it doesn't have that. TR069 is one of the reasons I moved it to AP mode - the port it uses is publicly accessible when in Router Mode, and I just do not trust Starhub or TP-Link to protect that port properly, so I moved it to AP Mode, which means there is no public IP associated with the unit now, so there can be no inbound connection to the TR069 port for management.
