Correct mi if i m wrong 2100 is newer n better than 2000.2000 is crap
And
if u think in this way, then me got nothing to say~
2100 is crap becoz got 3100 and 3200 and they r better than 2100~

TV2100 is not a replacement for PVR2000!
they r 2 different thing~
PVR2100 then is replacement for PVR2000~

I got this brand new digital TV tuner from Hong Kong at HKD$120 (approx SGD$23). No brand though but it works perfectly fine and I can watch all digital channels (Channel 5, Channel 8, CNA and TVMobile) very well.

2000 RM and PVR2000 is 2 different thing~
the chipset on 2000RM is super old Conexant BT878~
software analog~

PVR2000 got hardware mpeg2 encoder~
Conexant CX2388x + Conexant CX23416

anyway, since u got 2000RM, no point for u to get TV2100 either~
go get a hybrid~

I currently using the Hybrid Volar HX (A827). Got 2 antenna, one is the high-gain tv antenna the other is the fm antenna. But Using the tv antenna I can receive the FM radio as well. So basically I never use the FM antenna at all.

I cant use AvertTVMedia to watch those digital channels. CH 5, 8, CNA, TVMobile all is unwatchable. All green videos. HD5 can watch but somehow the video is jerky. Have try shift the antenna around too but no use. But using TotalMedia I have no problem at all. So strange.
