i think cos usb cheaper and more portable ba was considering a PCI slot card, but since got some ne offered me a good deal for mine so i just went for it lor

I have a strange problem I am not sure if any AverTV users here are also experiencing...

I can watch HD5 on AverTV player. However I only get audio on the 2nd audio track. One of you said this track is stereo?

If I switch to Windows Media Center, I can't watch anything. It simply shows a plain blue screen with the words Digital Audio TV. However, I can hear the audio.

Is this normal?

Upgrade to W7 and u can watch HD 5 and in HD for movies & shows encoded in 1080i and also hear the 1st audio track encoded in Dolby Digtal Plus. WMC in Vista is screwed up, not updated to decode 1080i, thus can't display HD 5 while AverTV can't decode Dolby Digital Plus.

my WMC in Windows7 got problem setting up.. did a search and found many people with this problem.

using the bundled mini antenna~?

get long cable and extend the antenna to as near windows as possible if u r not near the windows~?
or try to find a powered antenna if u dun have one~

not sure up to date or not~

tv mobile at least 10 transmitting sites~
other dvb-t channels got 4~
hd5 got 1~

sometimes i could scan ch5 8 and cna..

but no sound..
