congrats and enjoys~

:)

yeah thanks .. actually I find myself gain some knowledges after some fiddling
with these antenna and DVB things -:
- The Round piece antenna is for UHF and the two straight antenna is for VHF
- If able to receive Digital 5/8/CNA, definitely can received HD5. When singal
for Digital 5/8/CNA = 50% and above, TV Mobile/HD 5 signal always at full 100% :D

Now is when will mediacorpse to broadcast Channel U in Digital? Seems like this
is the only FTA channel left out.

FYI Daiyo EU1701 is selling at $54. The antenna must be sticking out of the window too, if not I can only receive TVmobile. I can receive all digital channels like MediaCorp HD5, TVMobile, Digital 5, Digital 8 and Digital CNA. I'm staying in Woodlands area. :)

Recently I bought Hauppauge WinTV HVR 3000 PCI TV tuner.

I was using Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 since 2005 before it was spoilt.

The picture quality for analogue channels for HVR 3000 is inferior compared to PVR USB2.

I was thinking to send the PVR USB2 for repair.

After that will be using PVR USB2 to watch analogue channels and HVR 3000 to watch digital channels only.

Both can record TV programs.

Happen to be at SLT this week and bought the Daiyo EU1701 at $42.
It more power than my existing Soundtech TVA-502AW. I placed the
Daiyo EU1701 behind the closed windows glass and able to get 100%
for all digital and hd5 channels.
