Nowadays even if u hit their min sum to join their premier account, they wont auto convert you or call you also. They also boh chup(heck care). Unless you apply yourself.

It seem that the earmark amt end date is 14 apr 2023 as stated in tnc. Meaning lock 100k for 4.5mths. So to maximise the one acct interest to get 5% for the 5mth, u need to the 100k for 5mth until end april 2023.

Provided that everything stays the same for 5mth, same 5% eir and do 1.6k salary credit and 500 spend for 5mth.

30000x3.85% + 30000x3.90% + 15000x4.85% + 25000x7.80% + 680/5mth×12mth

= (5002.50+1632)/100000x100
= 66324.50/100000x100
= 6.63% only. Not 7%

wealth banking is basically just the bank saying " hey u got money, let me assign a salesperson (RM) to try and sell you something " in a glorified way

call them and quote your application reference number. Applied on Monday got on Tue quietly. No email confirmation, just suddenly appeared in the UOB app.
