For the first six months of the fiscal year, the company’s reported net sales decreased 1% to $1,738 million (+4% on an underlying basis) compared to the same prior-year period. Year-to-date reported operating income increased 19% to $717 million (+11% on an underlying basis) and diluted earnings per share grew 20% to $1.17.

there are few ways to look at dis:
i use TD, no commissions, but there is withdrawal fee of i think $25. so it is good for me becoz i dun buy often especially now when valuations are high. and i dun intend to wthdraw frequently.

a lot of ppl use saxo and IB. but saxo has min commission of $4 and custodian fees. IB has inactivity fee. not suitable if u want to buy and hold type.

the latest one i looking is tiger. min commission $1.99 and no other fees.

dun talk abt poems or dbs or other traditional brokers. all these still charge high commissions.

the other thing to take note is the funding conversion rate. if u fund in USD, no an issue. but if u fund in SGD, u might want to consider their exchange rate. for me, i lump sum once into the acct, so i just incur once exchange rate.

This subsidy will come to an end, as the corporate office will use the money to finance other activities, including benefits for restaurant workers.

Pornhub: Mastercard and Visa to block use of cards on site after child abuse allegations

Mastercard said it is terminating use of its cards on Pornhub after its own investigation confirmed violations of standards prohibiting unlawful conduct on the site. Mastercard said it was also investigating other websites for potential illegal content.

Visa said it was suspending use of its cards on Pornhub on Thursday even though its own investigation was incomplete.
