I doubt they do facial scan at their auto gate. Reason being they did not register our facial biometric when we first do our registration at the manned counter before we could use their auto gate.

If they are not doing finger print scanning and facial scanning at their auto gate, what are they actually doing. 😅

during registration, they will ask u to look at the cam ah. Then press finger. They do capture something but how detailed the match we dunno liao.
It can range from fuzzy all the way to apple Face ID standard. But I guess should be lower range since it’s so fast.

SG's Passports are embedded with microchip which contains biometric information that can be used to authenticate the identity of the passport holder.

I could not key in some of my particulars (e.g dob, passport expiry date and etc) so I tried clicking submit to see whether it will prompt me to key in these particulars. Guess what. They brought me to another page and informed me I have successfully completed my registeration. :ROFLMAO:

Hopefully, later the airport officers in KL won't give me trouble. 😅

Exactly. Facing the same problem. Surprised that there's nobody else reporting on this. Or is this android/phone/browser specific problem?

i always “check registration” to confirm after i get success prompt
this way i know it’s captured in their system
instead of relying on an automated reply 🤣

Subang airport arrival has only 3 manned counters. No autogate. They would scan facial on top of fingerprints at the manned counter. :ROFLMAO:
...then stamped your passport or just similar to E-Gate ie no stamping?

Managed to register by doing a quick client side change on the browser. Apparently someone set all the date fields to read only and removing the read-only from client side will allow u to input the date and submit the form

From your browser press f12 then right click and inspect element on the date field you should see something like 'input read-only=read-only ...'

On the de console (f12) delete the read-only n press enter. U should be able to manually edit the dates but there will not be a drop down for date selection
