imho.. that is true for any ISP.

Any ISP other than VQ, I will say:

XX is the best ISP, if you intend to use with a backup WAN. 😂

It could just be me. I think at this stage, regardless of VQ past track record, it should be avoided even with all it's ipv6 perks and un-trottled traffic especially if you are relying on it as your one and only WAN or running production. This kind of reliability just not worth it.

No. I am not. But there is definitely some sarcasm.

I feel better when more are well informed and not put themselves in the same painful situation over and over again. It is just an ISP, no need to have any fanfare or attachment to them. Vote with your wallet.

Yea, it's like a 1-2 minute disconnection once every 10mins to 3 hours.
even when you have connectivity.. the latency for certain routes are horrendous.
imho may not have a quick fix. if you have redundancy just swing over of the night and come back tomorrow to if it's all sortedout.

Same for me today. No connection for 1-2 mins every 10-30 mins.
And now is totally down. Router shows “Your ISP’s DHCP does not function properly.”
Calling their hotline is a ring then disconnect.
sigh

i have both ipv4 and ipv6 for vq set to static so I do not know if it's dhcp issue.
And as i type this both are working. But ipv4 is exhibiting high latency on certain routes and it intermittent.

it’s definitely intermittent internet connection today. My phone will pop up messages that it will switch to mobile data as wifi has no internet connection. Happen lotsa times today. After 1-2 mins it will resume back to wifi. But as of 8pm plus just now. Just dead.
So after waiting for a while, I went to try to reboot ont and router. Then after rebooting, the router give me this message under the Internet Status part.
And is still not able to connect to internet till now.
