1) hi for vivifi, to port-out, do we need to write into help@vivifi.me?
2)or can just go to another mnvo, register. vivifi will be notified of the porting out ,and new telco will take over, automatically?
Haha very normal to have such low speeds during peak congestion. Singtel has good reception but their 4G is overcrowded and very annoying to use when throttled. You will rather just not use your phone.sintel 4g at crowded area

vivifi never bill me no even once cus i port in and port out in 1 month they send me sms $17.74 but never bill cannot log in they ask me sign up new plan when log in help what to do

is it resolved?Zzzzz my porting done, previous Telco ceased and Vivifi is connected.
However esim showing vivifi temp number and I tried calling my old Singtel number, it say no longer in use….. unable to proceed with my banking otp now….
remember to activate the port in on vivifi website. it is manually triggered..
yes, if you scared dont install the esim first, until morning when fully port over..
but i fix the imessage issue stuck on temporary nunber quite easily. jus go to settings>phone>my number and remove it, do not enter any number. the phone will ask you to activate imessage and may be charged.. jus click ok and it is fixed...
Oh because during sign up, there's an option to delivery sim and I cannot get thru next step if I never tick.
But now ok liao cos last night received an email for the esim.
So I had submitted number porting and got the eim QR code, next step is to install the esim profile or wait till my current Singtel network ceased from my iPhone?
Dunno, I’m still in Japan.is it resolved?
