Will they ever release an app?
I rather they not have an app.

I just made a shortcut on my phone and it will bring me to vivifi's dashboard regardless whether if I am on Wifi/4G.

Previously when I was with GOMO, they had an app which I have to take myself off wifi or choose to enter otp in order to access my account. Zzz

Wow? StarHub Prepaid? It's a full prepaid service with roaming capability. Voice/SMS/Data Roaming included, either in bundle or pay per use rates.

Edit: I think you're referring to redONE WOW plans. Not sure if international roaming is allowed at pay per use rates.

Maxx do support roaming in very limited destinations. Depending on plan entitlement, you might be able to use free data roaming or pay to get more.
Voice and SMS roaming has to be paid upfront too afaik.

Jumbo and Heya doesn't have Roaming, you're right.

dont see any announcement it is going down

This was what i was talking about few days ago.

what i did was delete the shortcut on home screen...
repeat the add and relogin from safari and it suddenly works again.

if you try login on pc browser, it will work.. so i dont think its down but maybe some cookies/history got issue on phone.

After I refresh the page and login all is ok today.. The day when you posted this issue most of us don't have the problem. This is the first time I see website maintenance notice as well after using it after a few months.

Zym announced they're doing maintenance yst. But the downtime was way longer than they wrote.

Heard Zero1 also went into maintenance too.

Seems like it's the backend controlled by SingTel or some third party, can't be all 3 maintenance at the same exact time but separate vendors.

at singtel, change to singtel postpaid then after that port to vivifi

or

below is a better cheaper option.

port to changi mobile at lowest plan $10 (they supported prepaid port in), then 3 days later port to vivifi.
