Anyone tio before? Deduction of monthly subscription was fine before for a few months then suddenly E-Mail say last month one unsuccessful despite nothing changes? Card details unchanged, enough money inside card for deduction.

Any vivifi user having problems with their WhatsApp on ios???

whenever I try to send pic I got to press stop sending then resend picture to let it go thru…

ip13 pro user on iOS 16..

I'm back to VIVIFI from this moment onwards! :D

SingTel network is still the best and since they offered 1GB "JB shopping roaming data" ! :)

thought u also have xox plan ? no 5g?
I have xox sim for Malaysia but just 4G.

The 1GB MY provided by vivifi serves as an alternative.

So, got backup data connection in MY.

Let’s see when $17.66 becomes $13 and say 10GB Roaming to Malaysia is even more worth it…

On the other hand. Fast speed of vivifi is needed for Singapore as 90% of the time, we are in Singapore.

Simba network is still kind of frustrating at certain spots and at times! :(

simba scared of it at the moment cant even surf my phone on lift and many spots in mature estate and town even though is it better than years back

Ya! That's why SIMBA needs to offer generous free Roaming data for its PLANs to attract customers knowing that its network performance can't beat the other Big 3! ! :)

On the side note. VIVIFI is fast in signing up and Port-In processes.

10/01/2023 @ 1800 hrs: Signed up VIVIFY online with Port-In from SIMBA.
11/01/2023 @ 1754 hrs: Self-collected my new VIVIFY SIM card at Tampenis MRT.
11/01/2023 @ 2100 hrs: Received SMS from VIVIFY that my Port-In process has commenced.
11/01/2023 @ 2250 hrs: Received email from SIMBA that my account was deactivated.
12/01/2023 @ 0205 hrs: Received SMS from VIVIFY that my Port-In completes.

Now, at the exact same spot in Chinatown area.

Previous SIMBA gave me no data connection at all (browser doesn't load contents at all and the FB also failed to load at all)!

Now with VIVIFI, I'm getting fast browsing with speed of 140/56!

Such a huge difference sia!
