After sign up, how soon can I collect the sim card at the collection point?

Can it be as fast as same day (sign up in morning, collect in the evening)?

After signing up! You must first, wait for the verification by vivify. Once the verification is completes. You will receive an email telling you that your sim card is ready for collection.

Only then you can proceed to your desired collection time and point!

NOTE: The verification process takes not more than 12 hrs if you signed up in the morning coz it is being processed during office hour only. It's a manual process by its staff during their office hour. Not by any means of automated process.

Hi,
I planning to switchover from SIMBA to GIGA as SIBMA reception is not to expectation.

However, after reading here and over 5 pages back. Some of you have actually switchover from GIGA to ViviFi. May I know why switch from GIGA to ViViFi ? TIA

i guess most ppl here prefer singtel network .. giga = starhub

For VIVIFY,

When data roam in MY. Do I need to set any specific APN or it's completely auto-set up?

Celcom should be better in most places! The MY's XOX is using Celcom too! :giggle:

I will use the free VIVIFY's 1GB MY data roam first! If not enough, then I will withdraw the data from my xox's Session pass! :giggle:

Don't think volte will cause more battery drain, could be something else causing the drain?

To me and to most of us! VoLTE or not is not an issue as 99% of time we text and don't talk over the phone! :grin:
