Porting two lines on Wednesday 3 March. Hope will be a smooth process.
My sister had a successful porting done on Monday. Single porting attempt unlike mine which i had to do twice for some reason.

I’m porting in a MR line for my mum & a SingTel line for myself. For my SingTel line, I’m on SIM Only plan & don’t need that much of data. I’ve made a request to SingTel to terminate my contract & surprisingly they agreed to do so without the need to pay for remaining months’ subscription.

After termination with singtel still able to port number to vivifi?
Terminate then port out? No penalty? Amazing
Ahh, there is some misreading here. Likely it's the way I had phrase the sentence.
1. I have made a request to SingTel for early contract termination (end date 1 Sept 2021).
2. SingTel agreed that I can terminate without paying any fees - CSO sent an email to confirm our agreement.
3. Register a line with Vivifi with port in request (3 Mar collecting SIM card).
4. Assuming everything smooth -- wait for SingTel final bill (with early termination fee as it will be auto generated by system).
5. Reply email to SingTel CSO (received from #2) to omit the early termination fee & pay the balance, if any.

How is this compared to redone? The pricing seems quite similar. What about reliability etc?

At checkout for 6gb plus plan say $12.98 even after entering promo code. Is it normal?
