I like how Vivifi always lets their customers "upgrade" to newer promotions and not lock them behind "for new customers only". I went from $9.98 to $8.50 to $10.90 and now to $9 over the span of 1 year.

You might need to check the talktime minutes.

My father is on the Vivifi lite plan 3GB data, 500 min talktime, 30 SMS for $8.80. Don't plan to change his plan as he only use the phone for calls and this has the most talktime.

Just email them and ask nicely.

It's only $1 savings la, you already say she won't use more than 1gb. Give her another 100gb at 10 cent per gb also no point.

I read few pages back, it is regarding whether ViviFi support VoLTE or not.

@Teo Ming Ern said his VoLTE is toggled on, but then @gapboy mentioned no VoLTE option.

I understand that if the call is maked through VoLTE u can surf the net, use your data at the same time, because both voice call and data is connected to 4G. U can voice call and also use WhatsApp, u can also check on websites, stream video while on 4G VoLTE call….

However without 4G VoLTE, when your call is made using 3G, you cannot use you data at the same time, there is no internet connection as data need 4G. (Of course if your WiFi is connected, u still can use WiFi data)

Also I think only Android phone will show VoLTE at top right corner of phone if telco support it, iPhone do not show even if it support.

So, can anyone confirm ViviFi support VoLTE or not. Thanks.

Minus volte option but minor issue to me everything is the same as singtel. Do take note MNO nowadays have special clause for 12 month contract and limited free CallerID during contractual period for SIM only plans.

Don't need to on, as long as you're on Big Three.

You can still make/receive calls on 3G.

This mean when u r on call using 3G, u cannot use data, assuming WiFi not connected.

Make a phone call .. wireless off you see your network is 3G ... VOLTE is not enable on most Singtel MVNO same as Grid which VOLTE is only enable on only certain M1 MVNOs ..

on GOMO when i made a phone call it drops to H+, something is of about gomo plan which is cater more to like prepaid plans of singtel

I just ported into Vivifi from Changi Mobile. I had VOLTE while under CM but lost it after I have ported into Vivifi. So confirm Vivifi has no VOLTE.

most mvno credit / debit card only, thats how they ensure you pay your bills .... "mandatory" card details are standard SOP for most monthly payment services.

That's the only payment option for vivifi. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, if that means anything to you.

There are also other scenarios where volte is useful. Eg you are outside on a call and u need to check some details in your email on the spot.

I may switch to SingTel sim only for this feature.
