I have a Vivifi Share plan that I signed up back in December 2023. Was trying to purchase Shareable Booster, but when I go to the option page, it says none are available. But if I go to buy non-shareable Booster, I see several options.
Any idea why?

Means only can buy booster for that particular line.
Not sharable.

Means Vivifi do not have options to buy sharable Data Boosters.

I port over another number. This time the problem is if I sms others then it shows the vivifi number. But I can still receive sms to my starhub number

Give it 1 or 2 working days to self resolve. Routing issues are common during porting.

Just wondering is it because switch from starhub to singtel. If it's starhub to starhub mvno then should not have these sms issue, likewise for the singtel to singtel mvno

Not just Shareable Boosters for data, but nothing for minutes or messages either, which I thought was odd. The Share plan allows for Shareable Boosters, so to not see any option is weird. Wonder if there are other users on Share plan with the same limitation.

I am porting over from GOMO to Vivifi because it has eSIM so I can combine with my corporate line StarHub physical sim to enjoy the best coverage
