I think like all other mvnos like eight or zym, they are not large company with large manpower.

Not sure if vivifi has a HQ for customers to go down to their service centre. Like others had did with Zym and eight, go down to flip table to make your issue resolve faster. No choice, but you have to find a date to do it.
Don’t think they have an HQ or service center, but then again, my understanding may be outdated. I’ve only been working with them via email since they don’t even have a phone number.

I understand the small manpower limitation and I’m OK If they say it would take a much longer time and then get it completed in the longer time but to promise a timeframe and then no reply, makes me think might be faster to apply for job there, make the changes I need, and then quit 😆

Vivifi overall has bad workflow system and lackluster CS. My ownership change request also took very long. Submitted the form but receive immediate rejection email, contacted their CS and days later told me just proceed with the next steps as per guide (as it's by default their system send rejection email LOL). Then did all the required steps, no status update from them at all- have to keep checking manually daily to confirm ownership change has effected. 10 days after my ownership change completed Vivifi emailed me saying that it's successful, what a joke. If I didn't check manually I would have thought the whole process took a month. I'm never going back to that shitty MVNO (on top of bad 4G experience). Ported out everything ever since. Oh not to forget I failed to port out of my Vivifi main line due to their system down issue, for 4 straight attempts.
Agree, it’s not that they take a long time, it’s that they don’t keep to what they say they would do. Sure MVNOs are cheaper at the extent of limited CS, but there’s the CS should not be this crappy. Out of curiosity, which MVNO did you port out to?

Wooo what does it mean for end users? more choice or assigned band? faster and less congested?
should have better coverage in dead spots! This is a low-frequency band, so better coverage.
Not so useful for already well-covered areas

why SIMBA? their coverage as good as the other 3 now?
For $5 with the roaming, hard to beat as a secondary/roaming line in a Dual-SIM setup.

The free VoIP calls to SG mobile numbers even while overseas helps too.

$5 plan only for seniors right? Or is there another $5 plan for non-seniors?

My vibe plan has crossed the 12 months period.. but I see under roaming.. they gave me a new "vivifi go" with 2gb to MY and 1gb to indo/Thai. Am I seeing it correctly?

Anyway I just signed up for zym today cause I wanted the free roaming data.. and now I saw this.. lol too late for me..

Anyone notice vivi 4G quite slow? I’ve an eight mobile right beside me and speeds on Vivifi are only 10mbps compared to 50 mbps on the phone with eight mobile! Somemore the eight mobile phone is an xs while the one on Vivifi is a 15 pro!

Data speeds indoors depend on factors such as indoor coverage and allocation, especially if the base station is shared in some building and malls.

If you are experiencing slow download speeds outdoors, it may be due to network load.

In my experience, Vivifi has been performing well, although I've noticed that Eight seems to have better coverage in some locations.

a 2 bar st mvno can beat m1 full coverage in open street in cbd
although m1 coverage is shitty

although different location may have different output, but accepting the issue and fixing the issue is more important if its a persistent fault is more important which is not easy for them to swallow (so customer have to accept the negative outcome)

end of the day as long what you are running work, it works
