I am still on the old plan with the one time 600gb and 20gb monthly recurring. When in Malaysia. They deduct from the one time pool first. I suppose they design to deduct from one time pool first for your case too. Better to clarify with their CSO.

Anyone who used both zero1 and vivifi can tell if theres any difference between the 2? Thinking of porting over to their 5g 15 dollar promo plan.
Only main difference I can see is vivifi offers 200 mins more talktime while I already have an old account with zero1.
Only thing to compare is probably CS through online and data reliability if there's a difference.

Am waiting for my porting in to Vivifi. Chose it above Z1 for the extra talktime. I've experienced very responsive CS staff, the caveat being that they support mainly/(only?) via email. But they are pretty fast to respond so it's all good. Z1 was not bad too.
The dealbreaker was the app - I prefer one less app lol. Too many one-use apps can clutter the phone. I find Vivifi's web interface (family.vivifi.me) pretty well thought out and usable.

Thanks for the update! That's true, 1 less app is great too haha. As long as payment is easy and CS is contactable think its good (used to contact zero1 via email and quite ok too)
Same consideration as you for the extra talktime since nvr know when u will need it , same price also

Just received alert from vivifi that my plan has been provisioned with the 1TB MIT pack for 1yr. Also saw update to my local data pack in the dashboard. But didn’t get the IDD mins nor the 50GB for 198 destinations. Anyone the same?
Also just noticed that vivifi website upgraded their plans with more data across the board mostly.

Think across ST Mvno most of us get this reset of added bonus .. takes a while to confirm if this is really added to plan. For Zero1 it is showing in our service management page, on the actual plan it is not reflected.
same, my vibe plan got upgraded from 600GB MY-ID to 600GB MY-ID-TH. And the cycle reset today (so one more year)

Meaning i cannot roam in Shanghai, Osaka, Kaohsiung? They should just put the country, majority of the people would understand. I mean, for those normal consumers customers would not know, by putting out the city, it will lead to more questions to customers. Example, can i roam while travelling from Beijing to Tianjin, or travelling from Taipei to Yilan, and Nagoya to Tokyo and Chiba?
