Steps where you have to exercise discretion are still steps. As long as they are explanatory and writable on a paper there's no reason any mentally functioning adult couldn't follow. I'll bet even a primary school kid can.Brother, as I illustrated in post one, it's not a simple step by step instructions... Every step has to exercise discretion. Again, if you dwell deeper into my explanation, I could lift my mum. But the medically trained nurse could not. She admitted it and said she could not take our money but unable to fulfill the expectations(this is real life example), she gave up and instead suggested us to send my mum to folk's home. So, do you want a muscle man stay in nurse to handle your mum, would your mum feel comfortable a male nurse handle her? The nurse told me they were not trained to handle immobile seniors. They helped to render medical assistance like dressing of wounds which some diabetic seniors have. Handle complicated medical instructions with personal discretion as I illustrated in post #1, inject insulin, measure blood sugars, measure blood pressure, CPR and etc.
What's wrong with muscle man nurse? You jelly of muscle man? If anything I'll say the female elder more happy than not to have a young muscle man man-handle her at that age.
