Why exercises so difficult to achieve?

When you start to run you already win 70% of the bui bui still laying on the couch.. fast run , slow run is still a run .. When you stop , remember why you started..

Super brutal hot hot hot Sunday.
Went for a practise walk 22 km half pesta sukan walk from sport hub to bishan to yio chu kang to seng kang spore hub. Checked with a walker clock time, pace 5.3 km per hour.

wow. i used to cycle this route during covid. from punggol jetty to sports hub then to marina flyer. need 2.5 to 3 hours

you must be damn fit. can't imagine walking instead of cycling

No bro, my stamina drop.
It is just normal walk not fast nor slow. Normal walking pace.
But the weather is a killer.

safra toa payoh gym reopening on 7 june.

it is not free for safra mambers kns one. last time $5 per entry. now $8.75 during off peak

last sunday went for a practise walk 1/2 distance of Pesta Sukan walk from spore hub to seng kang hub...
the hot weather is indeed a killer....

this weekend, gonna practise walk for pesta sukan , the 2nd half of the journey....covering i think 25 km.
