Low intensity walking is more prone to injuries than running? Sports injuries are far too common. The fact is that any activities that you do long term will lead to chronic problems if you don't do it properly and with common sense.
Many here equate house cleaning or car washing as extreme exercise coz they feel tired or back pain. It just burn calories and does nothing to stimulate body adaptation, i.e. super compensation, coz the intensity is low. Long term doing this only result in chronic injuries, that's why body ache here and there before they reach 50.
