Why exercises so difficult to achieve?

After stop for few months, this morning I went for a short slow jog again…
to regain my stamina and after jog, I feel much better .
i fell down on saturday on the way to punggol blood donation centre, abrasions to my toes and knees and also cancelled the donation appointment. Seems the signs are telling me to stop donating, probably i should completely stopped my activities. As the areas were still feeling tender on sunday, i decided not to proceed with my usual sunday 10k slow jogs, instead just doing pullsup...

Went for a rare Monday morning jog today…
need to pump up so I can have a relax mind .

I am going to jog for another 2 days (tue n wed) early in the morning...
If possible, till Friday...

Went for recce with walkers.
Covering estimated distance of about 26km plus...

Seem like many are having difficult time to get out of the house and do exercises.
Do you?
Many citing reasons such as no time, laxy, procastination, nua at sofa, dont feel like doing, lost motivation and all sort of reasons.

How to make one motivate enough to push onself to go out do exercises?
I exercise every 2 day.
40 mins indoor n rest.
40 mins out door n rest.
Same cycle.

Good morning bro.
i just completed 6km, pace is 730 to 8 km/hr group runners.
i did not clock my timing.
i was last to reach the end point.

jus realise there is a really nice long stretch of traffic-light free path around my hse. did a 5km jog which is the longest i have jogged in a long time. but weather really humid, jog until my pants was dripping sweat.

but the bad thing about the path is that it is not suitbale for night jog, cos some part has very little street light.

I am not sure how to count.
Today run 730 to 8 means 7.5km per hour?
easiest to count is 1km how many mins? Mine is about 9min for one km, fast is 8.15mins for one km, did my 10km in the 9 UV weather this morning :cry:

Govt should built more covered walkways....cos the weather is too extreme hot.
