lol.... Maybe... but it was when i bargain... instead of giving me a better price, they mark up even more....

I am so puzzled by this. No discount but pay more then listed.

Wait my 1 hour at the shop... Pui!

walking out, ask me to hold, requote to 975.... walk out....

What were the items? As far as i know, there is a markup if you do not purchase the full rig which is at least cpu, mobo, case, psu, hdd, ram.

Also, did you go to another shop and compare for the same exact items? Cheaper or more ex than Tradepac?

They will make you wait long long for a quote, to make you feel like, "I've spent to much time here, might as well just buy" mentality.. I walk off if that happens.

more importantly, did u compare TP final price to another shop?

i still find TP price cheaper whether they stick to price list or not. most items, but not all though.

i give some examples. these are small items. CM Vortex 211p. others ard $30. TP sold me at $15- no bargaining.

Asus pce n15 sold at $38, others should be 40+.

at the end of the day, it's not the pricelist, but how it compares to other shops.

cos i never buy many items at one go. always go there just buy that one or 2 loose items.

got a pentium cpu at less than $80 recently. PC themes selling near $100.

Be firm with your items, tell them u can pay in cash. if not successful, walk away and see if they will call u back. Best u must be interested in buying and not just asking for price comparison.

Will do! Thanks in advance! Prices should just follow pricelist right? Or can ask for further discount?

use as a guide, but it is not firm de. got space to bargin lower. But of coz, its proportional. if u buying $1000 worth, dun expect $200 discount. Around $50 is quite good le.

yea, the list includes, CPU MOBO, RAM, HDD, PSU, CASE and DVD internal drive....

How to compare ... this no stock that no stock, recommend other brands .... wanted to buy SSD also but they only have samsung... want to buy WD 3TB Green, also no stock, ask me to take Seagate....

So the comparison isn't fair....

End of the day like you guys said, they are cheap.. i agree. but i dont understand why they have to mark me up when all the bros here are getting the listed price...

maybe its just me.. I suay... no choice lor go other place buy, maybe difference 10-20 dollar but no grandmother story about the price...

Cheers Bros.

i gotta admit they can be a bit slow and it's a pain in the butt dealing with them sometimes. tats y normally i just buy that one or 2 items so they can't be slow. but i live quite near there so it's not a hassle to get there. for a whole list of items, due to admin, other shops def are easier to get.

When i calculated all your price list product, i suspect the price is not 959 listed price. The rams you wanted is a 4gb x2. I doubt its going at $90. Even value rams dont go that cheap.

A regular 4gb x2 is selling at $115. Thats where the extra $25 came about.

It should be $985.

$995 will be the price if based on SRP in total. And they gave you $975.

First quote you cannot believe. Cause they always quote you SRP. Most of the items you bought, except for cpu + mobo which is already $30 cheaper.

The rest of the items like the PSU CM thunder 600w and CM k350 chassis are just $1-5 cheaper than srp.

And all your items got not much room to bargain with. Things like HDD, cheap chassis, and cheap psu.
