Videopro selling price is always higher than rrp for most shops... Whr gt good? Good to chop carrot nia...

You sure about that :s22:?

Except for RAM and flash storage, and outside of Tradepac, Videopro and Best Price are my go-to shops for cheapest prices.

Check their GPU, PSU and cooler prices.

You want over-priced items? Go buy from Cybermind :s8:.

Seriously overpriced bro.

VideoPro like to do this. They love to print out price tag if there isnt much stocks left in their stores. Or whole of SLS left them selling.

There was a time where 280x was in huge demand due to the price point. Back then SRP for a msi r9 280x twin frozr edition was going for $479. And everywhere sold out. They bother to change the price from $479 to $489. Thats $10 above SRP. When all the other shops except cybermind is selling at $459 or below. (well we can agree that cybermind price a bit stiff).

That includes our dear friend here was insane quoted for Fractal design arc midi.

Cybermind selling at RRP le.

Last time when arc midi r2 was OOS, i went whole of SLS to search for it. Only video pro was selling and guess how much it was. $179 !!!. RRP only $129. The pricetag was stickered on the case with shrink wrap. I wun see it wrongly as define r4 coz i had did my research back then.

Best price is subsidy of video pro, so i dunnoe much their prices. But they sold a defective product to my friend and although he accepted it knowing the risks due to cheaper price, it didnt work. Went back for 1-to-1 exchange.I told them it was confirm 2nd hand when the wrapper was nt sealed, but they insist its new but cannot explain the seal. In the end, i still got a new working gpu for my friend. from then, i avoid these 2 shops. Rather go cybermind which sells at RRP. last time cybermind chop carrot, i know. But they changed le due to the huge negativity. just that nt much discounts nia.

if you still support them, then i got nothing to say bah. U lao jiao, they give gd price, but for noobies, i recommend to stay away from video pro, laser, best price, best bargain.

Since when pc dream sells DIY desktop? Or u meant aftershock? If so, Aftershock is quite ex, even with same parts used.

I am not sure, maybe I got the name mixup. Thanks for the info. So still SLS a better place for diy desktop.

So Tradepac does diy for gaming desktop? Is PC Theme much more ex than Tradepac? Sorry for asking so much.

Both shops sell DIY parts for u to fix up or ask shop to help u fix (not recommended for tradepac).

PCT do sell it at RRP, in which they hardly give discounts. Maybe can find Yi Long and ask him personally. The rest of the staff CMI.

As for tradepac, their items are already few dollars to tens of dollars cheaper from RRP. Do note that for cpu+mobo, it is already $30+/- cheaper than other shops but only applicable for full rig purchase. Even if get cpu+mobo alone, they will mark up a bit and it is still cheaper than other shops. U can go try try.

Cool..thanks for the info. Do shops still give 3% off for cashpayment off pricelist stated prices?

How come Tradepac has 2 prices for their graphic cards?

How to qualify for the lower prices?

The lower price is stated for bundle options.

If you buy a board with cpu and a full rig. The lower pricing they wont give. They will only give the higher pricing.

If lets say the discounts are a lot when buying the gpu. You can choose to forgo the price of the discounts given from the mobo+cpu and get the gpu at the lowest price.

Other items discount is still valid.

Is either you take gpu discounts or mobo+cpu discounts.

There are some cases whereby you can just get both at lowest price if you know how to bargain.

So other than Tradepac any other cheap places to buy stuff?

Something like 2nd cheapest.

I've only bought a set of HDD, CPU, mobo and RAM from Tradepac and they charged me what was stated on the price list.
