So my PT528V is showing these artifacts recently.

I tried to email support@sineoji.com but the mail got bounced as their mailbox is full.

Anyone have Dean's number so I can contact him? This happens even after restarting the camera.

Have a Sineoji PT331V but can't view using my mobile. Keep getting a "Error in connection log" message. Uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer app and reset the cam using the button in the base but still can't use the viewer. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help

did you set the password correctly?

reset, and add the camera and set a new password.

anyway, you should contact sineoji for help.

For the ease on installation, I suggest getting the Canary cameras. They don't look like camera's at first glance. This info might help. Though they will require a monthly subscription for storage.

You have entered the wrong password to the camera. That's the reason it is showing error in connection log.

Recently I realised the device keep going offline even though i can scanned the presence of it when i try to remove and add the device. May i know is there any way to prevent it from going offline. I can't use it at all? Any advice?

Is you camera ID starts with WXH or SXH ? If WXH, please upgrade firmware.

Same here. Only started last weekend. I suspect is their server host got problem

I just checked 4 of my Sineoji cams. Starts with SXH, all online.

Using M1 4G mobile data.

My 2 PT528V also having the same problem for the past 2 weeks. Tried restarting router and camera but still having the same issue. Dean, please rectified this connection problem asap.

hi. I just bought the PT713V. One key keeps telling me search failed. restarted everything including my router. Please help. TIA.
