So my PT528V is showing these artifacts recently.
I tried to email support@sineoji.com but the mail got bounced as their mailbox is full.
Anyone have Dean's number so I can contact him? This happens even after restarting the camera.
Have a Sineoji PT331V but can't view using my mobile. Keep getting a "Error in connection log" message. Uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer app and reset the cam using the button in the base but still can't use the viewer. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help

Hi everyone I have a sineoji IP Camera,
Recently I realised the device keep going offline even though i can scanned the presence of it when i try to remove and add the device. May i know is there any way to prevent it from going offline. I can't use it at all? Any advice?

Is you camera ID starts with WXH or SXH ? If WXH, please upgrade firmware.
