I am on M1 fibre 50mps so I think bandwidth is ok.
Sorry but I don't understand what you mean in regards to mounting. Care to elaborate?

My family is on android platform. U think they will add recording feature for android in the future?

Mounting wise, T7838WIP only allows upside down mounting now with their brackets. If mount side way, the pan/tilt hard to control, very weird angles.

Android update coming soon from what i received from MARIX's tech team.

Thanks. The only doubt now is that I try the demo site with my across android phone and unable to see pictures. The apk prompt initially for an update which the app keep crashing after doing so. Without the update I can only see black screen with the word connecting flashing continuously.

Not sure what's happening.

Hi,

Please advise which version of Android are you using? The VsCam can be downloaded from PLAY Store. If your APP crash, a few possibility, the bandwidth on our UPLOAD end, the bandwidth at your viewing end, or the APP itself, you may like to un-install the APP and re-install the APP instead.

We have tested no problem with Android 4.1.2

My xperia arc s running 4.04. I don't see the app in playstore. Download the apk from the link on your webaits.
I did uninstall and install again a few time with no success.

My lenovo tablet run the program without crashing but only show connecting screen when trying to view video. Tablet only on 3.2.1

Frustrating as I cannot show demo to wife

Relay mode means the APP is connected to your camera via a cloud server rather than direct, this is more of a routing thing from ISP end, not much we can do about it. The camera is capable of direct PnP connection, but quite rare nowsaday from what I noticed, but possible still.

Thanks for the reply. Does it by chance link to any portforwarding settings?

Hi,

Please re-download your Android APP from

http://cd.gocam.so/download/application/and-TPnp-vstarcam.apk

They have changed the link for the download, we'll update our link as well today.

Cheers

a friend told me the Dlink recording function will stop when it's overheated. Do you guys also encounter such problem? How to prevent it? Still better to record straight to NVR?

Thanks. Apk work now but I am still unable to see any image.. just circle and the word connecting. The cam is online but I can't seem to have luck viewing it so far.

Is there any windows client/software to view it as well?

Hi,

You can download the IP Camera Super Client, but resolution wise will lose out compared to mobile viewing. Key in the UID as follows "VSTC000492SBYHL" with pwd as "888888" to test the T6836WIP (MJPEG).

We do not have the demo yet for T7838WIP due to our internet plan is an ADSL connection.

T6836WIP demo work. You may want to remove the link for T7838WIP to avoid unnecessary frustration of potential customer.

Manage to view using Super Client as well.

Does anyone faces this problem? Can run the paning mode and it will auto stop after sometime. My case is approx an hour later

Hi everyone,

I bought a 3G router + 3G dongle at IT show recently. I managed to see the Aztech IPcam locally but unable to view the ipcam from my S2. The setup is Prolink pwh2004 + Dlink dwm-156. I did a portforwarding at pwh2004 and still can't access. No clue what's going on.. :s11:

Anyone who has the similar setup can share the xperience? ;)

Does it mean the bandwidth is not enough? :look: And can't access the ipcam? I doubt..

So what is the min bandwidth then? So that I can access my ipcam through 3G router? :s8:
