I was in Sinchon yesterday.
The small individual/independent clothes stores are aplenty and buzzing with people. Possibly coz its the university area, there are lotsa young people there, resulting in some activities going on there too. There was some performance going on there. There were also lotsa tourists there too. The whole vibe is good. I might pop down tmr evening time to look see.

Nighttime is really happening in the hongdae area.

960 is pretty lousy rate... should not settle for anything less than 980...

according to my research... the money changer at Myeongdong Chinese Embassy got some of the best rate in Korea... should be at least 990-1000 there... spot rate now is 1009

but if changing less than 1K... than dun bother abt the 10-20 won more...

Google for cashchanger. There are some money changer that uploads their rates there. Raffles place arcade has a money changer rate going for 984.25 as of 30mins ago.

You can walk up to Namsan N tower slowly and you will see plenty of autumn foliage along the way.
