also now receiving new update v8.0.5.0. MAAMIDG.

The 8.0.5.0 has a few bugs, ap tested not working on this, I roll back to 8.0.2.0 all seems fine

No. 64GB is selling abt $400 now. 64GB has also a higher clocked processor. So it is worth to pay slightly more for the speed and extra storage.

I tried my xiaomi mi 5 for android pay. Can register my card, but when i try to tap at cold storage, nothing happen. Its like its didn't detect the phone. I already open android pay and at card selection screen (i have few cards registered). I also tried to click on one of the card, but still nothing happen. On latest global rom. Anyone having this issue?

Yes, I able to lock the bootloader.
But today at sheng shiong, the reader can't detect my phone, weird. Previously with unlock bootloader, it can detect with failed message.
Going to reinstall android pay and try again.

Can solve the issue after reinstalling?

Going to try later, apparently the new global rom update set the mi pay as default. You need to set it to "hce"
Tested and android pay is working after locking bootloader and set default payment to hce.
