Go Miui community to find procedures to fix it. You need to download some program and do it with PC.

downloaded and try follow but when plug in cable seem not detected.try many solution feel like give up..

Can you go into EDL mode (total blank screen)?

If can, then download official rom (Stable or Beta), and then flash the rom using the official MiFlashTool (Latest version or Beta version).

** I have to use the MiFlashTool Beta version with my PC. The latest official version doesn't work with my PC.

first, i download this few tool and fast boot rom https://imgur.com/a/YToLm

then i follow instruction try to boot into edl mode by press vol+, vol- and power button together..there no respone..but when i plug in phone to charger, it will show mi logo..trying to charge for certain hour for the battery to get full and see how...

My latest Global Beta ota update 7.12.28 can't vibrate.

The physical motor works fine as there is one instance of vibration during bootup. Then after it boots into the OS, vibration doesn't work.

Oh it works now. Sorta.

The designers changed something in the ring/silent feature. I played around the settings there and it now vibrates fine.

The Silent toggle doesn't light up properly though.

hmmm look on the thread prob is i cant turn on the phone so somes step not able to do it.

I scare battery problem. Else, the phone is bricked.

BTW, can you boot up into fastboot mode?

If can. Then, probably can install twrp and then flash to eu rom first. After that, flash back to official rom.
