Xiaomi Mi Max - Part 2

This might not be directly related to Mi Max... But, strangely, my facebook (latest version 166.) keeps crashing since yesterday afternoon.

I tried older version of 165., crashed too. Now, I try 164., so far so good. No crash.

Note that same crash happened on both the Global 9.2.1.0 as well as Global 9.5.2.0..

What could be the problem? Anyone has the same Facebook crashing on Mi Max?

Also how to reboot now that it is stuck at mi logo?
Also cant move files, like the sdcard1 lock Using twrp filemanager,

Hmm... You still can power it up to fastboot mode by pressing the power button and volume down button together until you see the bunny with fastboot mode picture.

From there, you can reinstall twrp followed by installing the rom zip file via twrp.

Can you do that now?

latest rom with latest fb has no issues with my mi max. Heng

WIPE SYSTEM now. download and DCIM folder gone too?

Wipe system means wipe all data too.

Wipe cache/dvk then preserved data.

My Facebook was auto updated back to the latest 166 from old version of 164 this evening.

So far so good! No more Stopping and crashes with 166.

Anyone on official global ROM? Seems like the recent update to 9.5.2 ..Battery life is quite bad...It's eats up the battery pretty fast...

Haha! Max is really good for media and games.

I can play my game overnight for 7 hours straight and it is still left with 15% of battery from 100%...

Global Stable 9.5.2.0 for both Mi Max / Prime is listed officially now!

You can download the Recovery rom to update now! However, the Fastboot rom has not been listed yet for download.
