err anyon'e quick charge icon seems to change back to original charging icon after the update?

You mean the lightning bolt with a circle surrounding it? It's still there

Yup, crap mine is gone after the update. Happened for both of my mi max of 64GB and 32GB.

Sometimes, it depends on the charger you use. I'm using an aukey qc2.0 one and the QC icon appears most of the time for me

Yup, crap mine is gone after the update. Happened for both of my mi max of 64GB and 32GB.
You can on off the adapter and see. Most of the time should be able to super charge.

i bought a Mi Max (ver.1) and the sim card slot is face down, is this normal? now i tried to put it back in

face up it cannot close slot,
face down also cannot close slot...

is it suppose to face up or down? (if my phone screen is facing me) :s11:

It's face down with the screen facing you. Don't be so anxious. If you can't put it back in how did you eject it in the first place

i managed to put it in face down now, but the thin silver handle came off as the screw came lose ... :(

You mean the metal plate which supports and aligns the SIM card?

the screw at the handle , 1 side came off... how to fix/ secure ar?.. can put scotch tape or super glue?

just super glue, wait for it to dry then slot back in?
pretty sure you can buy this tray easily on taobao

screw is not turning type, once fall out it cannot put back in.. its like a "tapped-in-type", very fragile ..

just super glue, wait for it to dry then slot back in?

great idea! thanks for suggestion, i am just shopping on Taobao hv to check out by today :)

any idea how to search that in chinese text?
