A update of my mi max which has usb charging port issue. They checked thru the system to confirm mine is a local set thru serial number as my mi max is bought from kaisa mobile. Then they proceed to repair it in 1 and half hours although I was told to come collect 2 hours later. By the way. The phone was just bought 2 weeks ago.

For those who thinking of whether to get local or export set. The after sale warranty service within a year should be the factor. Happen to withness a uncle request to fix his product was rejected as it was an export set.
