the customer services operators are giving me rubbish generic replies on my problem with 3g +4g...

Seems like they themselves don't even know that it wont work.....

Anybody else here tried with 3g+ 4g running on two sim concurrently?

Bought the Redmi 3S from Challenger and tested it with my 2 SIM cards.

Showing only StarHub 4G | Singtel on the status bar. No 3G for Singtel...

There is no preferred network settings for the 2nd SIM either. I can only select it for the 1st SIM.

Does 3s support double tap to wake up? International rom or challenger set better?

No double tap to wake.

Any non-China sets are using International ROM. Challenger sets would be the same.

Hi. I just bought a redmi 3s. I got some problem with the GPS. I use my phone for driving uder. I use waze app to navigate. When using waze alone is fine. The GPS work fine. But once I on my Uber app which also use the GPS. My waze will appear no GPS found. Once off my Uber app. The waze GPS work again. It seen like only one app can use the GPS. Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

If 2nd slot only 2g, coming 1st april the 2nd slot will be next to useless.

please, just look at my previous post. I've already tested it out with the local set and it's confirmed 4g/3g + 2g only....

There were 2 established members in miui claimed that this phone has 4g-3g.

That's why amazingone posted that feature in his first post as well.

Upon checking further, the website states that the phone supports 4g-2g only

Plus you have tested and confirmed on this.

Quite disappointed as i thought this phone will be a cheap future phone...
