No network restriction for the slot. Both slot can either be 4g or 3g but when one is 4g/3g, the other will be 2g.

Exactly, but it is not even working correctly out of the box and yes it does on Local sets also.

3S supports 3G and 2G or, 3G + SD Card(This is what i have used)

i have already request for a return hopefully it gets approved by lazada or i am ****ed.
