Ya I know about it... Hopefully it's not TB's database that got hacked. Already activated 2FA.

Just my comment aFter using, quality really have issue :
1) wifi display to tv sucks. When connected , wifi network cant be access which make streaming movie not possible. Samsung can do it otherwise.
2) use a few month, after doing a firmware update, sd card spoil which mi singapore claim update not root cause.
3)after a day of update, internal speaker spoil, cant hear the other party while calling.
4) loose charging port. I cant use my phone while charging, have to mantain it at certain angle if not will lose charge.

1) i've never used this before, can't comment
2) really? why would a firmware update spoil your sd card?
3) what firmware did you update to? why is it causing hardware damage? i've encountered no such issue, and i've gone from 25 to 27 to 28 to 29 to 30 to 36 to 37
4) are you using the stock cable? i have the same issue with an old samsung cable of mine, but the moment i changed to the stock cable and an old HTC, it fits snugly

Last of all, where did you buy your redmi note? did you get it off the official website?

Hi guys, urgently need help.
Just got my mom a note and I can't seem to restore her group chats on whatsapp.

The app prompts me to key in my number for a verification code which I do but I do not receive any code. Instead I'm allowed to use whatsapp without any verification but with only 1 of the many group chats I have.

Anyone has any ideas?

I hv this problem when changing to a new no. If u saw the code during verification, write it down, after the vverification done just manually key in the code. Mine works in this way.

whatsapp will sms her the verification code

u put in the sim card already?

Put alr. No text still... Can use, just that all the group chats are missing...

what. i just paid $10 for a douche 2.1A charger off ebay that hums when i'm charging off it (vibrating electrical components). waste money sia that one, i don't even dare use anymore

is that original sony? the shop reliable or not?

It's the other branch of mustafa, so it's reliable I guess. The guy said it was original Sony, so I was quite surprised it was $16 only for 2.1A, seems quite a good price too.
