:s11::s11::s11:

http://www.mi.com/miwifi3/specs/

If you look closer at the spec sheet again, this is no gigabit port and this model either.

Only the one that has build-in HDD has gigabit ports.

1个USB 2.0接口(DC output:5V/1A)
2个10/100M自适应LAN口(Auto MDI/MDIX)
1个10/100M自适应WAN口(Auto MDI/MDIX)
1个红/蓝/黄三色LED指示灯
1个系统恢复出厂设置按键
1个电源输入接口

What ...

Still no gigabit Lan :s22::s22::s22:

not many people need gigabit lan.

xiaomi did their market survey before desgining products.

They have one and only one older model with gigabit lan - and it is expensive.

No point announcing fancy wireless ac link speeds up to 867Mbps if the ports are limited to 100Mbps.

If your internet is 200mbps, then got 1pc connected 1 wireless n 1 wireless ac,

all saturating the connection, then the 100mbps Lan/Wan port would be the bottleneck :s13::s13::s13:

Nowadays most router would have gigabit lan :s13::s13::s13:

I assume that most of your applications need servers somewhere overseas.

Have you check the PC's network throughput when you are using these applications with overseas' servers? 100Mbps?

If you can get more than 10Mbps you are lucky.

Let me know which applications gives you more than 100Mbps, or even better, more than 500Mbps.

Bukit Timah :s13::s13::s13:

No gigabit not good

1.what is the speed of your bukit timah?
2.where are the servers?
3.At 1Gbps, one hour can download 450GB, how do you keep the data.
4.What are the contents of the files? if you are interested in video, then you are behind time. Now we stream and watch, and only needs 20Mbps for 4K video.

why don't you keep the aztech router and use mi router in AP mode, a lot easier to configure this way.

Same issue here.
My current setup is
fibre optic terminal > Aztech router > Xiaomi router.
Is there anyway to connect the terminal directly to xiaomi router, since the Aztech router is redundant anyway :s11::s11:

P/s: Aztech router sux :(
