I’m trying to reach ZYM via WhatsApp for a week. No response no nothing. Quite hopeless. Can’t activate iMessage.

Ya, I oso.. last time their WhatsApp very effective in replying now like not existent liao

After they change to AI chatbot, then after they cannot answer, then move to whatsapp, its much slower.

The CSO also dont know their things one. I asked about when introduce WiFi Calling. They replied they are MVNO and do not offer WiFi Internet services. I replied, do you even know what is WiFi Calling?

They replied very dao one word, and said "No". Then I replied, when expected. They never reply.

My experience is pretty bad with their CSO also, keep giving some nonsense reply.
When asking about wifi calling, they reply about local data bundle.

When asking about call barring when roaming, they say international call barring (for inbound international call) will block all calls when roaming.

Asking them question often need to vomit blood.

No it’s not. It’s been a week since last Saturday. Well, they did reply once saying got update for me and went radio silence again.

Quite sad that even online CS is non existent. Let’s see how long they come back to entertain my termination request.

Now that customer service is almost unresponsive, is it okay to leave the last bill unpaid and wait for auto termination? Will they send debt collector after us or blacklist us?

Thinking of getting Zym and use for a month for My trips.

The AIbot reply much better than human CSO. I asked AIbot when launch 5G SA, or will we get 700mhz singtel, as least they reply direct to the point.

No wonder AI ish really replacing humans.
