The CSO also dont know their things one. I asked about when introduce WiFi Calling. They replied they are MVNO and do not offer WiFi Internet services. I replied, do you even know what is WiFi Calling?
They replied very dao one word, and said "No". Then I replied, when expected. They never reply.

The AIbot reply much better than human CSO. I asked AIbot when launch 5G SA, or will we get 700mhz singtel, as least they reply direct to the point.When asking about wifi calling, they reply about local data bundle.
When asking about call barring when roaming, they say international call barring (for inbound international call) will block all calls when roaming.
Finally got my number ported to Zym and for the record the issues lies with Zym and not Eight. Zym has been the one putting in the wrong information for the number portingThanks. I have read the T n C prior to posting here but oh well I just have to wait for respond from Zym CS
