Jiak McDonald's french fries days ago
My diet mainly consists of nuts
Maybe that's why my tummy remains at 37" because of carbs intake ,though I ps >4x a week
Nuts considered as carbs ?
Try brisk walk instead of slow walk. Maybe pump ur heart rate
Mcd fries nvm la if it is once in a while. Need to enjoy also

Followed by nuts and veggies
Carbs includes fibre too

No wonder my tummy growing steadily.Have been on fruits and nuts quite a fair bits thinking it is healthier option.

Still a 3kg loss from 89kg this year

I don't jiak fried food everyday, not ok anyway
What kind of snack has least carbs?
Nuts is the best choice
Cashew nuts has the highest carbs ,or one of the highest
Pine nuts has one of the lowest carbs but 500g at $30

Another reason of putting back 3kg from 83kg is partly because I jiak durian almost daily during the season
BG spiked but also went back in couple of hours

I had just finished up 1kg of Adam's PB in 6 days when I thought it was 750g ,not a good way to enjoy my indulgence ,trying to cut down to 1 bottle of 375g PB per week ,means 3tbsp daily

If u don't watch ur mouth.. ur health will go downhill again..

PB raises cholesterol so I must stop indulging so much everyday
It is the only food that I can't stop eating
Maintaining my blood sugar at 6+, still under prediabetes level though
Ur weight is not bad! Cose to mine!
Trying to lose another 6kg by year end ,tried one day not eating anything at work
Just lim 12cups of plain water, jiak cashew nuts/PB,still lost few hundreds grams

I can do it since I have lost that much between may and august ,blame it on myself for not controlling on the quantity of durian seeds

Aiming for BMI of 24.4 by year end ,now at 26.3

Ur pb is eat with bread or just eat it alone ?

If u exercise n zz well
