Actually, with suede - and with fabric as well - you should have a cushioning / foam layer in between the A-pillar and the material ... maybe the thinnest grade black one that audio shops use for miscellaneous fixes, to wrap crossovers, etc, and even to use as a brush to apply elephant glue / contact cement.
Are you going to apply soundproofing on the underside of the A-pillars? Foon did that for the A-pillars I got from him ... Soundwerkz didn't. If you do you'd want to use 1 of the highest grade ones that won't melt after many hours in the hot sun. I'd go with Dynamat or StP ... I wouldn't want 1 of the Korean brands, I'd read several cases over the years of people saying their Korean brand door soundproofing became melted bitumen.
If you'd said you were wrapping with suede then I guess I can understand why you'd be able to cover with 1 whole big piece. I still thought you were talking about full grain or top grain leather (or their PVC / PU counterparts) ... good luck trying to do that using these.

I'm mostly eye-power actually. Simple stuff I can do myself ... more complex I can tell you what needs to be done because I would spend entire days at the shops studying what Soundwerkz and Foon were doing on my competition setups, but you call me to do, I don't have the tools, the space nor the patience to
Let me guess ... you were quoted the price, you found it agreeable and let them do your car, then when it came time to pay you found they added GST to the previously-stated price?
